Here at Cleveland Retail Systems we are able to offer a range of service options to both existing and new customers. Please read below for further details.
All machines purchased from Cleveland Retail Systems come with a 1 year guarantee and maintenance contracts can be arranged for a period thereafter. If you do have a problem with any machine that you did not purchase from ourselves or do not have a service maintenance contract for, then we will happily give you an estimate for the repair via phone or email.
After Sales & Customer Service
Our aim in business is to have a good relationship with our customers and that is why we keep a good after sales team. Most faults and queries can be sorted over the phone but if we need to make a visit we will call quickly and promptly. A loaner machine will be provided if yours needs to return to the workshop at no extra charge to you.
Supplies & Sundries
We have most sizes of ribbons, rollers or cassettes in stock. In particular we carry most stock for both EPOS and Credit Card/Paypoint machines. Rolls available are normal paper, thermal twin skinned carbonless. Whichever kind of ribbon you need, we can supply you.
